Note for 2028

The PGA TOUR has announced a new competitive structure for the PGA TOUR that is anticipated to be implemented in 2028. As such, these Rules and Regulations currently only describe the benefits that will be available through PGA TOUR University in 2027. These Rules and Regulations will be updated to reflect the 2028 PGA TOUR University benefits when such benefits are determined by PGA TOUR and each registered player will, for a designated period of time following such announcement, be able to "opt-out" of the PGA TOUR University program.

Consent

Personal information collected from applicants will be used by PGA TOUR for the purpose of administering PGA TOUR University in regard to the rankings and communication about membership and services involved with the execution of PGA TOUR University. PGA TOUR shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of applicants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by PGA TOUR to fulfill the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the applicant.

The undersigned hereby grants and assigns the PGA TOUR the undersigned's individual photographic rights and any other footage of the undersigned that may be captured by or on behalf of PGA TOUR, for sole purposes surrounding communication and promotion related to PGA TOUR University.
