Charity sign-ups will be open from Wednesday, May 3, 2023 through Friday, October 20, 2023. Please complete the form below to register your 501(c)(3)and click 'Submit' when you are done.You will receive a confirmation email within 1-5 business days once your application is approved.

Prior to submitting your organization's application, please upload copies of the following in PDF format: 1) your organization's IRS Determination Letter, 2) most recent IRS Form W-9, and 3) ACH Direct Deposit details on bank's or your organization's letterhead (or a canceled check), including contact name, phone number, and email address for remittance advices. Note: if no banking information is provided, a check will be issued and mailed based on your organization's IRS Form W-9.
