Before applying, please review the requirements below to ensure program eligibility.

Eligible organizations:

  • Nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
  • Government entities (law enforcement or fire departments) with a funding request to serve the public
  • Educational institutions (K-12 public, private, charter schools, and colleges and universities)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Please complete the form in its entirety and upload all required documents. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for participation.
  • Please be prepared to complete the application in its entirety before submitting as you will not be able to save or submit a partial entry.
  • Please ensure that your organization can accept electronic payments (ACH transfer/direct deposit) as any funds dispersed by the PGA TOUR will be sent electronically.

Please confirm the following requirements are met by your organization


I confirm that my organization is authorized to conduct charitable solicitation within the State of Florida and has current evidence of eligibility. (This can be verified here: Check-A-Charity)
I confirm that my organization is exempt from registering for charitable solicitation in the State of Florida. (Bona fide religious or educational institutions, government agencies, and political groups do not file with FDACS.)

Please note: If your organization's charitable solicitation registration has expired, please re-register with the State of Florida before submitting your Birdies for Charity application. Applications submitted with an expired registration status will be denied, and your organization will need to reapply once status is active.

  2. Completed and signed 2024, 2025, or 2026 Form 990 (first page only)
  3. State Good Standing Certificate/Screenshot of Active Status

By registering for the Birdies for Charity (B4C) program, your organization agrees to receive communications from the tournament team related to your participation. These communications are essential to the administration and success of the program and include, but are not limited to:

  • Weekly updates on fundraising totals
  • Program announcements and updates
  • Important deadlines and logistical information

Participation in Birdies for Charity requires acceptance of these communications. By completing registration, your organization acknowledges and agrees to this requirement.
