Funds earned through this program will be transferred electronically. Please provide the requested information listed below to be eligible for direct deposit. Note that your organization must have bank information on file to receive funds and that you or your finance team will be contacted to verify the account information provided.   2. Provide a copy of voided check OR bank account information on organization or bank letterhead
