PGA TOUR will use personal information collected from applicants to administer the Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking, including the rankings and communication about membership and services involved in executing the Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking. PGA TOUR shall not sell, share, or otherwise disclose applicants' personal information with third parties other than those engaged by PGA TOUR to fulfill the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the applicant.
The undersigned, at this moment, grants and assigns the PGA TOUR the undersigned's photographic rights and any other footage of the undersigned that may be captured by or on behalf of PGA TOUR for sole purposes surrounding communication and promotion related to the Bridgestone APGA Collegiate Ranking.
